I work with the homeless who are diabetic. I have people who have lost limbs to diabetes and they still live on the streets. It would be great if you could make a documentary.

Good idea for murder. But this process is widely used in “suicide prevention” which makes no sense. Why use a criminal postmortem profiling methodology to try and solve suicide? 93 of every 100 people who attempt suicide live through it. Many never attempt again. Wouldn’t it be best to ask them about the reasons and life conditions that led them to attempt? Psych autopsy is third hand information at best.

This is a great video about the stigma of people with mental illness.

The mental health industry (public and private) doesn’t realize they are maintaining the stigma. By creating mental health departments and mental health hospitals that are separate from the rest of the medical industry, we (I’m in the mental health field) maintain the stigma and the misperception that mental illness patients are inherently dangerous and “regular” doctors don’t need to know about it or be included in the treatment. Infectious diseases really are dangerous to every staff and visitor and to every other patient in the hospital, but we don’t refuse to let them in the door of our clinics and hospitals. In fact, I’d you tried that, you’d be skewered in public opinion and not a single politician would let you get away with it. However, we, the medical industry, hide the treatment of mental illness away in “special” hospitals where the treatment of the whole patient isn’t allowed. What isn’t allowed in many psychiatric hospitals? Visitors: only allowed for 2-4 four hours per day, if that. Cafeteria privileges: psych hospitals generally don’t have a cafeteria of any sort. Patients cannot choose, like any other adult medical patient, to go down to the cafeteria to get a snack. TV: generally no TVs in the rooms. It’s just not that hard to make the TV damage resistant. Just install it in the wall, behind thick plexiglass. Psych patients have to watch whatever is on in the dayroom, IF the tv is allowed to be on at all. Chaplains: I work for a county hospital and the psych branch of the county hospital will not let their chaplains go across town to the psych branch of the county hospital. It’s a unit on the county hospital, but the psych patients, which maybe need the chaplains more than any other unit of the county hospital, can’t get the chaplains. We, the medical establishment, are the perpetrators of the stigma against mental health patients. Medical care: you think I’m kidding. There is generally no specialty medical care at the psych hospitals; no endocrinologist, no neurologist, no cardiologist, no surgeon, no gynecologist. If any of those is urgently needed, the patient has to be shipped out to another facility, and gets restrained the entire trip. It’s humiliating and degrading for no reason. Any other hospital is required to have the basic medical specialties available to patients, except for psych hospitals.

Vicarious traumatization was invented so mental health workers didn't have to do their job. It's what started the whole indifference therapists/counselor garbage. If you don't have empathy to a degree of the person then your in the wrong business period! That's why after over 23 therapists I had only 1 that didn't suck at it

My drug is doing everything wrong while, making the wrong decisions because that's where one gains true wisdom that could never be attained by listening or reading. I dont care for the spotlight though I am always shining bright, when i take meds. I care noting about being political correct, ones identity and class status because I am and noting can top that. I enjoy natural light in the cool starry nights while preying for the rest and benefits to reach my knights. God has said to be patient but keep ready for the time appointed when The King is too come out the dead sea to address his Re: public. Oh i can only imagine his voice loud as Thunder every man feeling the compression waves from the shock wave of his words as he will keep one foot on land and the other in the deep sea so those on both sides Hear what is said to the Churches.
